We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here.

We currently accepts, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.

Shipping / Delivery

We provide free expedited shipping internationally. In some cases, our customers have this option where they can select the express shipping, for which, customers will be provided with the shipping cost before they proceed to the checkout.
Once your order is completed, one of our team members will be in contact with you and you will be provided with a tracking number as well the link to track your order.
We use express delivery services at Leatherholics. Usually it takes 4 to 5 business days to get your delivery for major regions.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, then unfortunately, we can’t change it. But if this happens, we would advise our customers to contact our team and we should be able to help you out.

Returns / Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
